Ugh. It didn't take me long to experience the dreaded writers block that I've heard so much about. Well, to be fair, I'm not sure if it's real writers block, or just a case of not knowing what I'm doing. I had a plan with my story, and then I changed my mind. Then changed it back. Then I just lost my focus and can't decide where I'm going with it. Perhaps if I'd managed to go longer I'd have more people interested in my progress, and maybe more motivation. Or at least someone to ask for advice. Hopefully I can settle on a direction for my little adventure. I should mention having my very first watcher feels pretty good. Thank you Puffinstude

So, as it turns out, this writing thing is kinda hard. I thought I had a good grasp of my plot, but the more I thought about it, the weaker it became. I'm still plugging away, but I probably won't upload any more chapters until I'm more solidly on track. I need to tweak things far more often than I expected. Big surprise. On top of that, I'm struggling to inspire myself lately. Real life has been beating me up fairly regularly of late and it's been hard to get the motivation to keep struggling with something that has no ¨real¨ payoff. I'm not sure what to do here. I have decided to try my hand at writing. I am hobbled, unfortunately, by an inability to create a semi interesting world of my own design. So my first attempt at "literature" will be in the celebrated field of Fan Fiction. Specifically, Star Trek. I know what you're thinking, so let me respond in two ways. Firstly, don't worry!
